     瑜伽

     

    至今做瑜伽差不多有56年了,具体也不记得是哪年开始的,但是记得是我在大连那两年开始的。

     

    以前在洛阳忙于工作,感觉身体状态不是很好,而我小的时候却是很活跃的,常跳皮筋,游泳,和小伙伴出去到处跑。到了大连后,整个生活开始安静下来,而这个城市也带给我了很多新奇的东西,更广阔的眼界,不同的城市文化,在工作之余,我开始学习,锻炼。刚开始体育锻炼时只是踢毽,跑步,跳健美操,后来在一家音像店发现有卖瑜伽碟子,是张惠兰版的,而在更早的时候在中央电视台曾看到过她演的瑜伽功,觉得那个风景和氛围很是恬静,就买了回来自学。谁想到,这个瑜伽就一直伴随着我走到了今天,我想以后也会一直继续下去。

     

    很想说说做瑜珈的心得,其实我做的瑜伽并不高深复杂,只是一些很简单的姿势配着呼吸,就这样把我的腰痛,痔疮,浮躁等毛病都调整好了,如果几天不做,就会觉得筋骨不舒畅。而且瑜伽可以舒缓人的情绪,当你烦躁,太累,又或者心情不好时,做上一会儿,就会觉得整个思想平静,开阔起来,有很多时候,我都是做完瑜伽后忽然想通了一些事。

     

    很想建议我的亲人朋友们,可以在闲暇之余稍练一下瑜伽,哪怕只是短短的510分钟,长久下来,你也会发现是很有益处的。做瑜珈男女都可以做,一定要空腹的时候做,或者饭后34个小时后做,所需的场地也不需要很大,2米长15宽,配上一个地毯不让膝盖痛就好了,然后穿着宽松的棉运动服,女孩子最好不要带文胸,光着脚,把所有束缚的东西都去掉。

     

    我最经常做的几个简单姿势叫颈功,肩肘功,猫伸展功,骆驼功,眼镜蛇功,风吹树功,双腿背部伸展功,下躯摇摆功,等等,这些做法在网上都是可以找到视频或说明的。做的时候一定要慢慢地做,不需要每个动作都很到位,只要做到尽力又不让自己很痛就好了,主要是让关节得到活动就可,但是呼吸是一定要配合好的,每做一个姿势都要配着相应的呼吸。做完后一定要做放松姿势,或者雷电坐或者仰卧放松功。

     

    工作,生活再忙,也一定要注意保重自己的身体,身体是本钱是句老话了,希望每个亲人,朋友都可以身体健康,开开心心!
